Terms and Conditions of the NextCraft Store

This store belongs to the Minecraft server NextCraft, accessible through play.nextcraft.es and the official website www.nextcraft.es.

By making a purchase through our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
- Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of digital products offered through the official NextCraft Store.
All products are intended exclusively for use within the NextCraft server and have no monetary value outside of the server.
- Products and License
Products available in the store may include, but are not limited to:
Ranks Crate Keys Virtual Currency Kits Tools Special Items Temporary or Permanent Perks Other Digital Products
Purchasing any product does not grant ownership of a physical or digital asset.
Instead, the purchaser receives a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the purchased benefits within the NextCraft server while they remain available.
All products are personal and may not be sold, shared, exchanged, transferred, or assigned to another player.
- Delivery
All purchases are delivered automatically.
Under normal circumstances, delivery is instant.
However, due to maintenance, technical issues, or external service interruptions, delivery may take up to 1 hour after payment confirmation.
If your purchase has not been delivered after this period, please contact our support team.
- Payments
Payments are processed securely through our supported card payment provider.
A purchase is considered completed only after payment has been successfully authorized.
NextCraft reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that appears fraudulent or suspicious.
- Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the purchased product has been successfully delivered.
Refunds will only be considered if the payment card holder provides sufficient evidence proving that the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent.
Each request will be reviewed individually.
- Chargebacks
Submitting an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
In such cases, NextCraft may:
Remove every benefit obtained through the disputed purchase. Temporarily or permanently suspend the player's account. Prevent future purchases. Take legal action where appropriate to recover outstanding amounts.
Attempted fraud may result in sanctions even if it is ultimately unsuccessful.
- Bans and Punishments
Purchasing products does not grant immunity from the server rules.
If a player is punished:
No refund will be issued. Purchased benefits will remain linked to the account. Benefits may continue to be available once the punishment has expired, provided they are still valid.
Punishments resulting from violations of the server rules are the sole responsibility of the player and do not entitle them to compensation or refunds.
- Product Changes
NextCraft reserves the right to modify at any time:

These changes may be made to improve gameplay, maintain server balance, fix issues, or introduce new content.
Purchasing a product does not guarantee that its features will remain unchanged forever.
- Server Resets and Gameplay Changes
NextCraft may reset worlds, change game modes, rebalance the economy, update server versions, or make any other changes necessary for the proper operation of the server.
Such changes may affect virtual currency, items, statistics, progression, or purchased benefits without creating any right to compensation or refunds unless required by applicable law.
- Store Errors
If pricing, configuration, promotional, or technical errors occur, NextCraft reserves the right to cancel affected orders or correct the error without compensation.
This includes obvious pricing mistakes and accidental discounts.
- Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, coupons, and discounts may be subject to specific conditions.
NextCraft reserves the right to cancel purchases made through abuse of promotional systems, configuration errors, or any attempt to gain unfair advantages.
- Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Obtaining products without payment. Using unauthorized payment methods. Exploiting store or server bugs. Attempting unauthorized access to our systems. Engaging in fraudulent purchasing activity.
Violations may result in immediate removal of purchased benefits, permanent account suspension, and legal action where appropriate.
- User Responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for:
Entering the correct Minecraft username. Using a Minecraft account they legally control. Keeping their account secure. Verifying all purchase information before completing payment.
NextCraft is not responsible for mistakes made by the purchaser during checkout.
Changes to Minecraft usernames, account ownership, or loss of account access remain solely the user's responsibility.
- Minors
Players under the age of majority should only make purchases with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
NextCraft cannot verify the age of purchasers or confirm parental authorization.
- Service Availability
Although we strive to provide uninterrupted service, NextCraft does not guarantee continuous availability.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
Maintenance Updates Technical failures Cyber attacks Third-party service outages Force majeure events
Such interruptions do not entitle users to refunds or compensation.
- Force Majeure
NextCraft shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
DDoS attacks Power outages Hosting provider failures Fires Natural disasters Government actions Any other force majeure event 18. Right to Refuse Service
NextCraft reserves the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any purchase whenever there are reasonable grounds to believe that the transaction involves fraud, abuse of the store, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any activity that may negatively affect the server or its community.
- Server Closure
Should NextCraft permanently cease operations, the server owner shall not be obligated to maintain purchased products or provide financial compensation unless required by applicable law.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextCraft's total liability arising from any purchase shall never exceed the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
- Server Logs
The user agrees that server logs, payment records, authentication records, and other technical evidence maintained by NextCraft may be used to investigate and resolve disputes related to purchases.
- Claims
Any issue related to a purchase should be reported within 30 calendar days from the payment date.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Intellectual Property
All names, logos, designs, graphics, configurations, text, custom resources, and original content belonging to NextCraft are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
- Minecraft Disclaimer
NextCraft is an independent Minecraft server.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any of their subsidiaries.
Minecraft®, Mojang®, and Microsoft® are trademarks of their respective owners.
- Changes to These Terms
NextCraft reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect technical, operational, or legal changes.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
- Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
